Most comments start off with I have never had to ask for help and I fit in that scenario. I was in tears and humiliated to ask for help with food and just wanted a few cans of vegetables to supplement my peanut butter and bread. The entire staff at this business were sos supportive, kind, caring and did not make me feel like I should not be asking for help. They went above and beyond to notably give me vegetables but things I needed but did not ask for. The above and beyond can do attitude was genuine and so sincerely appreciated. I sincerely hope not to need help again, never say never but that is my goal. I thank all the wonderful people there for making me feel like everything is going to be okay!
My family and I have had a really difficult time this month. Thank you to everyone at the center for all of your help and compassion. It is really hard to ask for help sometimes, but the people here are so understanding and genuinely care.
Yes, we also take most anything that can help families in their day to day living. we aren’t able to take large items or used toys, or nick-nacks as our space is limited.
We have clothes for the sizes you mentioned. You will need to bring proof that you live in Cass County. Also Social Security cards or birth certificates for the children.
Hello! Do you accept non-perishable food donations? If so, do you have restrictions on what you can take? And are the hours the same as for other donations? Thank you!
I will have jeans and shirts etc for adults mainly. Jeans are 42 and 44 waist , 30 and 32 long.. most are new or worn 2 or three time. Lots shirts to get rid of,, long and short sleeve… Want them to go to people who need them ..
I’d love to put together an article for your site all about ways to connect with your child through sports; specifically, basketball.
It’s easy to locate basketball hoops at neighborhood parks that are kid-sized or adjustable, allowing you and your kids the chance to get some exercise while honing your talents to become the next basketball superstar.
Please let me know what you think – a response would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you so much for considering my offer!
